Enjoy a delicious family style lunch in our Pasture while enjoying a discussion and musical performance by William Ritter – a seasoned old-time fiddler, seed-saver, and ballad singer from the mountains of Mitchell County, North Carolina. Deeply passionate about preserving and sharing the rich cultural heritage of his region, William weaves together stories, songs, and seeds, believing that these old ways hold the key to building resilient communities.

James London, a Charleston native, came up cooking in barbecue and Southern restaurants. After college, he made the leap to New York City where he received his first Executive Chef position at 26. He went on to open 2 other restaurants during the 7 years he spent in the City. When James made it back to Charleston he opened Chubby Fish with his wife Yoanna Tang, a dock to table seafood concept that has taken the city by storm. Chubby Fish has garnered a Best New Restaurant nod from Bon Apetit and was ranked #7 Restaurant in the US from Food and Wine Magazine. In addition, James was a Finalist for Best Chef Southeast and received an Outstanding Restaurant Nomination by the James Beard Awards in 2024 and 2025.
