Game & Spirits Supper

Chef Jeb has been dreaming up this Supper for months! Join us for an evening and enjoy an elevated supper of seasonal game and nature’s summer bounty, paired with local “grain-to-glass” North Carolina distilled favorites from Oak and Grist.

Bastille Day

Join us to celebrate Bastille Day and indulge in our take on Classic French specialties…Champagne, caviar service, fries, and a French 75 cocktail class.

Summer Supper Series - Chef Michael Toscano

Born in Houston, Chef Michael traded professional golf for a culinary career, training at Pinehurst Resort. He honed his skills in NYC at Bouchon, Babbo, and Manzo, then opened the acclaimed Perla. Now in Charleston, he runs Le Farfalle and da Toscano, enjoying family, golf, and coaching.

Join us for a Prix Fixe tasting menu, accompanied by wine pairings from our acclaimed cellar.

Cookie Making Class

Enjoy a customized cookie making class with our Executive Pastry Chef, Angie Chan. Together, we’ll make our beloved Cataloochee Ranch brown butter chocolate chip cookies, little Madelines and French Macarons. After sampling a few, you’ll be able to take home an assorted box of cookies you made!
